THE TECHNICIANS
Tanya has been with our practice since 2005. She graduated as a Veterinary Technician in 2005 from Horizon College in Fredericton, N.B. Shortly after graduating Tanya worked for Doctor Larder and his team for 3 years. During the third year Doctor Haché and Doctor Chiasson took over ownership of the hospital. Tanya became a very important asset to our team helping ease the staff and the doctors into the change. In 2010, Tanya became our technician in charge, and because of her hard work and dedication to our practice she will soon be our office manager. When not at work, Tanya can be found playing with her daughter Maddison, her dog Shelby, and her cat Dixie. Tanya also loves to read, make beaded jewelry, fish, and watch movies. She also co-owns 2 labs (Gunner and Colt) with her parents that are used for hunting birds.

It wasn’t a surprise for anyone when Annie announced she was pursuing a career in animal care at the Campus d’Alfred of the University of Guelph. Her passion for animals has always been a very important part of her life. When she was younger, she took horseback riding lessons for almost ten years and was always very involved in the regional farm activities. She has also been the proud owner of Coco, her beloved dog, for more than 15 years. She remained active throughout her studies, as she was coaching the volleyball team on campus. Annie is our x ray and dental health technician. At the clinic, we call her our “cat whisperer” because of her expertise with cats. In order to always provide you with the best service possible, she is continually taking new courses and trainings. You can see Annie proudly posing with her cat Bizoune, adopted from the SPCA in 2010.
